I had a pleasant stay at Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium. The friendliest staff embraced me with warm hospitality, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was a delight, though the dining area got quite crowded at times. I enjoyed a comfortable sleep with quality amenities, but I found the room a bit dated and could have used some modernizations.

I had a splendid stay at the Grand Mercure Bangkok Atrium. impressive for a hotel catering mostly to business travellers. The Asian buffet was particularly good, with an excellent seafood selection. While the location was not in the city's bustling heart, it was conveniently close to the metro, which connected me easily to the airport and shopping malls. However, they could improve on offering more sanitary packages in the room.
